Why do you want to be a Trial Moderator?
I'm interested in becoming a Trial Moderator because, I want to help Exp Games be a fun play for all players and to do this I will enforces the rules on anyone you breaks them. I believe I will be good at this as I am unbiased in my opinion and unable to make a decision without hearing both sides of the story​



How much knowledge do you have with server rules and the commands used to enforce those rules?
I believe I have a strong understanding of the several rules and a understanding of the commands used to enforce these rules as I've had experience being a mod before. Some commands that may be used to enforce a ticket are:
Ulx Bring [player name] brings player to you
Ulx return [player name] returns player to there original position
Ulx sit [player name] brings person to the admin room
Ulx mute [player name] stop player form talking
Ulx Administrate turns you invis and no clips you
Ulx jail [player name]
Ulx freeze [player name] stops player
Ulx stripe [player name] removes Inventory
ulx ban [player name] bans player for set time
ulx kick [player name] kicks player form server​




Do you have any prior experience as a staff member or moderator on other servers?
As a former staff member of Anvil Servers a serious Star Wars rp server I believe I have large amounts of experience in upholding the staff name and regulations Although most of my time was as an em (event master) I do have an understanding of what moderators need to do to be successful and uphold the rules of the server



What skills or qualities do you possess that make you a good fit for this position?
Personally I do believe I have a unique skill of being able to tell when people are lying or bending the truth but otherwise I have an extreme sense of justice I'm unbiased in my decisions and always look to see both sides of the story



What do you think are the most important qualities of a good moderator?
A good moderator needs to be able to make decisions without any bias and try and look for both sides of the story, have an understanding of the rules and regulations, know what their role means and not over step or use their role as a means to get what they want



Scenarios​



Scenario 1: A player has accused another player of RDMing (random deathmatching) them, how do you respond?​

I first get the person that reported the rdms story and outline what happened during the event then I would talk to the other person and get their story and what happened during the event I would do this to see if the person had a reason such as an rp reason or to see if they are doing something like revenge RDM Then following that information a punishment will be headed out such as a verbal warning or even a timeout​

Scenario 2: A player is consistently metagaming and using OOC (Out Of Character) information during an IC (In Character) situation. How would you address this?​

First I would sit the person that is metagaming I would ask them for the reason of them meta gaming tell them not to do it again and if I catch them doing it again it will result in further punishment such as a timeout​

Scenario 3: You notice a staff member abusing their power (e.g., using their moderator powers to harass players, spawn items excessively, or break rules themselves). What would you do in this situation?​

I would clip the staff member abusing their powers in whatever way and then send it to the respecting head staff member such as Uriel for game Masters and Mellow for moderators If I were to catch a head of staff abusing their powers I would most likely send it to exp​

Scenario 4: A player is using inappropriate or offensive language in the chat or voice chat. How would you address this?​

First I would sit the person discuss why using that language is not appropriate and how it can offend people I would then give him a verbal warning and tell him if I catch him doing it again it will result in further punishment​

Scenario 5: A player is complaining about another player's roleplay style or their character's behavior in a non-constructive way. How would you mediate this situation?​

First I will discuss with the player who reported the other player ask why he believes that the characters behaviour is not good or their role play style Then I would observe the player in the report to see if their role play style or characters behaviour is not suitable If it is not suitable I will talk to that player and tell them to change it and failing to do so can result in further punishment​




Scenario 6: Two or more players have been involved in a situation where a sit has been called. All parties are being aggressive and verbally assaulting each other. What steps would you take to ensure you remain in control of the sit and are able to make a fair judgment?
First I will get them in the admin room praise them so that they can't run away mute all the individuals except for one get that person's story then get the next person's story so on Depending on how many people are in this situation then I'll make my judgement based on the sides of the story that I believe is correct I can tell if it's correct by if multiple stories line up If no stories line up I would tell them that if the stories don't start lining up that punishments will be handed out to all of them​




Additional Comments:
Just want to say I believe I'll be on almost every day maybe a couple days off a week but at the minimum I'll be on 5 days a week
