ExpGames Terms of Service for Donations and Purchases

Welcome to ExpGames! By making a donation or purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds
All donations and purchases made on ExpGames are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstance.

2. Donation and Purchase Policy
Donations: By donating, you understand that your contribution supports the server and community. In return, you may receive in-game rewards or benefits as a gesture of appreciation.
Purchases: If you choose to purchase specific in-game ranks, items, or benefits, delivery will typically be automated and instantaneous. For non-automated items, please contact an administrator for assistance. Rewards from purchases may also be subject to change or removal without compensation.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or dispute with your payment, you will have three (3) days to cancel the dispute and repay the funds. Failure to do so may result in a permanent ban from ExpGames servers and community platforms.

4. Scope of Donation Rewards
Limited to Specific Items/Rewards: Rewards from donations do not extend beyond the items or ranks specified at the time of donation. Donations do not provide immunity from in-character or out-of-character actions, including bans, demotions, or regiment changes.
Regimental or Role-Specific Rewards: If a donation reward applies only to a specific regiment, role, or rank, it will remain valid only within that context. If you are removed from the role or regiment, the reward may be forfeited. Any removal that affects a donation reward requires approval from a Senior Admin or higher to ensure fairness. ExpGames management reserves the right to modify or remove donation rewards at any time for any reason, including but not limited to balancing, rule enforcement, or server maintenance.

5. Transfer of Rewards
Donation rewards are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred between regiments, roles, or other in-game contexts unless explicit permission is granted by Executive Staff.

6. General Terms of Service
Community Rules Apply: All community and in-game rules apply regardless of any donation or purchase. Donation or purchase status does not grant immunity from penalties for violations of server rules.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Misuse, abuse of rewards, or attempts to exploit donation perks will result in revocation of the reward without refund.

7. Changes to Terms
ExpGames reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the server and services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By proceeding with a donation or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms.

8. Rewards
ExpGames donation items may or may not be added in at start, you may not recieve a reward for your donation all these donations are a reward that may give you something not that it will.
