SECTION III: Security Taskings and Activities
Responding to Security Situations
Military Police's main job is responding to security situations when they arise. This ranges from arresting a trooper for disrespect to an officer, to responding to a hostage situation. The main way to stay ready to respond is to keep track of comms, and respond when required. If a Military Police member witnesses a crime, it is best to comms in to the rest of MP (/comms [MP]) in case things go south.
Patrols
Patrols are general walks around the base, and can involve random ID checks. If possible, patrols should be done in pairs or more, as it gives Military Police more presence, and allows for a higher chance of alerting the rest of security if ambushed or attacked. These patrols can be done both in and out of base.
Stations
Stations are static posts to watch over the base to ensure everything is in order, and are a measure to guard a location, such as the BRIG or High Command, passively or when actively required.
Checkpoints
Checkpoints are constructed posts, mainly through the use of dupes, that are manned for the purpose of checking the identification of those walking through, and to ensure no illegal contraband is making its way into base.
SECTION IV: Comms and Radio Codes
When communicating over Military Police comms (/comms [MP]), it is important to use the radio codes whenever possible. All of the radio codes can be found on the Military Police sheets -, When communicating on a frequency that the Military Police does not have access to, it is important to add [>] to the message (e.g. /comms [Naval] [>] Please report to your bunks).

Overview
The NCOs of the regiment are what keep everything running. They are leaders of the regiment, taking basic lead in security situations, ensuring troopers are up to scratch through training, organising bunk inspections. and bringing new blood into the regiment through tryouts.
Trainings
Training led by the NCOs can be anything from basic breaching, to tests of security abilities and simulations.
Tryouts
The NCOs are in charge of recruiting new people into the regiment.
SECTION IX: Tryout Requirements and Procedure
Requirements
To join the Military Police, this is what is expected of them practically:
This is what is expected in regards to questions and behaviour:
As long as the answers are somewhat reasonable, and they have not been messing around, this section should be passed.
Ultimately, it is up to the NCO+ hosting the tryout to decide whether the person is let into the regiment. If the person has a good personality and attitude, which is the most important aspect, but their skills like climbswep and faces are lacking, if the NCO+ believes they can get the trooper’s skills up to scratch in their 3 day trainee phase (Private - Private First Class), then the NCO+ may let them into the regiment. Skills can be taught, while personalities are much harder to change. It is the responsibility of the NCO+ to train and watch over the new private if they are let in. If the private shows they already know what they are doing, the trainee phase can be skipped, and the usual cooldown of 1 day for privates can take effect. Once the trainee phase has ended, the trainee will be promoted to lance corporal, and they may now join a sub regiment.
Those above the Commanding Officer’s (CO’s) rank will be demoted 2-3 ranks and those who join with a high rank, eg. Warrant Officer, may be demoted down 2-3 ranks OR down to Sergeant if their work isn’t satisfactory.
High ranking troopers (Master Sergeant - Warrant Officer) MUST take the sergeant test

MSTG- Down to Specialist
JWO+ Down to JWO
